Lollie Moore

I have a BA in English from the University of Central Arkansas, and immediately after college, I became a tattoo artist. That was my first career - I am a national award-winning tattoo artist and a seven-time international magazine cover model. I transitioned into marketing 8 to 10 years ago, and then probably about 5 years ago, really started focusing on the nonprofit space. I launched The Unicorn Agency in 2016, where we do full-stack marketing, board development, and consulting. My whole personality is building up women - that's just really where I feel like that's what I'm called to do. In the nonprofit world, the majority of your leadership and a lot of your team are women, and they're doing all of the stuff that for-profits are doing, but just with less people and less money. I wanted to take the skills I've developed working with major brands to smaller organizations and use that same kind of email architecture and communication style to do good for nonprofits instead of just building profits for a company. We work with nonprofits and social enterprises - one phenomenal program in Tulsa is called She Brews, which helps women after incarceration as they're transitioning back into the world through their coffee house social enterprise model.
