Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to two items, the support of my husband and children, and a commitment of continuous growth. I have intentionally sought out opportunities to learn across industries and never allowed others to define what was 'enough' for me. My kids were 9, 8 and 7 when my husband was working in the field and I began my MBA4. We would spend our nights watching movies and having Pizza/homework parties.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I have received is to never shrink myself to make others comfortable.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to know your worth and consistently advocate for yourself. The industry can be challenging, but confidence and resilience matter. Stay motivated, seek opportunities to grow, and don't allow others' perceptions define your potential.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see ego and insecurity as some of the biggest challenges in my field right now. As you begin to succeed, those dynamics become more visible. The opportunity is in choosing to lead with self-awareness and collaboration instead of competition.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family - Education - Hard work - Creativity - Efficiency
