Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lorance
01What do you attribute your success to?
My family believes in me and supports me a lot. People around me award me and push me, including my father, friends, and prior boss. It takes a village and having that support system helps during hard times when you feel like giving up.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you like it, go for it. Do little things that can help you get toward where you want to be. Believe in yourself and keep on doing what you got to do. Don't allow external factors to stop you from achieving your goals.
