About Lorena
I started in mental health with a master's in psychology and counseling, doing social work for agencies and nonprofits. I always coached people on the side through church leadership and volunteering. I taught at an alternative school to empower gang members and challenged kids. I have done many versions of coaching including couples, individuals, trauma-informed work, and mental health therapy. I have worked with celebrities and athletes on retainer including their families. In the last 5-6 years I entered the pet industry helping veterinarians and pet entrepreneurs with work-life balance and trauma issues, speaking at the Humane Society in Vegas.
