What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of my faith, consistent hard work, and the support of my family and the company I work for. Each has played a vital role in shaping my professional journey and helping me grow both personally and in my career.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was simple but powerful: *“Just do it.”* It reminded me not to overthink, to trust myself, and to take action—even when things feel uncertain. Sometimes, the first step is the most important one.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is this: don’t let your gender hold you back. Show up with confidence, trust your knowledge, and know that your voice and skills are just as valuable. There’s a place for you here—own it.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our field right now is managing the rising cost of materials, which affects everything from purchasing to delivery. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships is also more important—and more challenging—than ever, as reliability and communication are key to keeping operations running smoothly. At the same time, these challenges create opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen partnerships, and find more efficient ways to meet demand.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith and honesty are the values that guide me both professionally and personally. My faith keeps me grounded and focused on what truly matters, while honesty helps me build trust and strong relationships with those I work with. Together, they shape how I approach challenges, decisions, and daily interactions.
