About Lori
She is an IT and technical services professional with more than a decade of experience across customer engineering, field service, technical account management, and team leadership. She currently works as a Technical Account Manager at DEX Imaging, after previously serving as a Field Service Technician there. Before that, she spent four years as a Customer Engineer at HP, supporting technical and customer-facing operations. She also spent over seven years as a Team Manager at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, indicating substantial experience in technical team management and service delivery. Overall, her background combines technical support, customer relationship management, field operations, and team leadership.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I never give up. I've had some wonderful mentors that pushed me to be the best and wouldn't take no for an answer.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never let others tell you what you are capable of doing. If you think you can then just prove them wrong.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't. If you work hard and study and pay attention then yes you can.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Currently I'll have to get back to you on that. Dex has given me no challenges at this time :)
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Equality. 100% Hands down. I truly believe that we all deserve equality in the work place as well as personally.
