Lori Frost

Lori Frost has five and a half years of experience in the senior living community industry. She entered the field following a recent divorce while transitioning from her role as a stay-at-home mother, beginning her work right after COVID when seniors were emerging from seclusion. Frost draws on early experiences helping elderly customers in a fast food restaurant setting, where she assisted with refilling drinks for those using walkers. She has built deep connections with seniors, describing how she acquired 60 sets of grandparents in her initial community before moving to one double the size, where everything revolves around serving the residents. Frost earned an associate's degree in 1999 and has completed six certifications in the field within the last five years, all while pursuing her passion for this work.
