Lori Gutierrez

She is the PFS Director of Support Services at Adventist Health, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for patient financial support services, driving service excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and an enhanced patient experience. She also serves as a Board Member and Social Media Co-Chair for HFMA Northern California, contributing to chapter governance, member engagement, professional development, and digital communications that support the healthcare finance community.

She brings more than a decade of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle and patient financial services, including leadership roles at Huron, Cerner Corporation, and Vibra Healthcare. Throughout her career, she has managed cash applications, patient financial operations, correspondence, self-pay, and revenue cycle initiatives while leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and supporting organizational performance across complex healthcare systems.
