Ten minutes with Lori

01What do you attribute your success to?

Pure dedication and old-fashioned ethics. Always early, everything clean, no maybes to class, everyday etiquette, dress conservative, nothing outlandish, don't eat on the job, simple etiquette techniques.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You need to put in the hours, probably more than most work forces. Keep up your training and knowledge to stay updated with current trends and facts. Don't have money as your main goal. It's more about a healthy lifestyle and wellness.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

People know they need to do something healthy but aren't dedicated. They focus on excuses like injury, time, or priorities instead of committing.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Accountability.
