She is an accomplished hospitality technology sales executive with over 30 years of experience spanning hotel operations and strategic technology consulting. She currently serves as Senior Regional Sales Director at Jonas Hospitality, where she partners with hotel ownership groups, management companies, resorts, casinos, spas, and independent properties across North America to evaluate and implement hospitality technology strategies that support operational efficiency, revenue growth, and exceptional guest experiences, working directly with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives. Her earlier career at Jonas Hospitality includes serving as Regional Sales Director for nearly a decade, where she worked with hundreds of hospitality organizations as a trusted advisor on property management systems, guest experience and CRM solutions, spa and wellness technology, online booking and commerce platforms, technology consolidation, and strategic technology planning. She also spent nearly 13 years at Springer-Miller Systems as Strategic Account Manager for Major Accounts, managing relationships with some of the industry's largest resort, spa, and management company clients, and held operational leadership roles at Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, where she led Front Desk and Guest Services for a 3,500-room resort, at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa as Reservations Manager, and at Sheraton Prescott Resort and Conference Center as Front Office Manager.
