She currently works as an Independent Consultant with Karin Consulting, LLC and serves as Vice President of Strategy and People & Culture at MarCom Group. Her background includes senior HR leadership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she helped stand up large-scale HR service operations supporting thousands of employees.
