Lori Marini Rahmlow is a St. Petersburg, Florida–based Pathologist Assistant (PA-ASCP), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and founder of Radiant Vitality United and Radiant Vitality Coaching. She works at the intersection of healthcare, coaching, and leadership development, specializing in mindset, identity recalibration, and nervous system regulation for high-performing women. Through her frameworks such as The Reclamation Method™, she supports clients in shifting from survival-based achievement into embodied, aligned leadership.
Lori’s professional foundation began in clinical medicine, where she spent over 20 years as a Pathologist Assistant specializing in oncology, pathology, and disease-based diagnostics. She earned her Master of Health Science in Pathology/Pathologist Assistant from Quinnipiac University. Her perspective on health, performance, and resilience was profoundly shaped after her own diagnosis with metastatic breast cancer in 2017, an experience that became a turning point in her transition from conventional medical practice into integrative coaching and mentorship.
Today, her work blends clinical insight with coaching modalities including nervous system regulation, somatic practices, identity work, and leadership embodiment. She serves entrepreneurs, executives, and educators through coaching, speaking, and training programs, including her involvement with coaching academies and organizational development initiatives. Her broader mission centers on helping women dismantle patterns of overfunctioning, reconnect with their bodies and identity, and lead from a grounded sense of internal authority rather than external pressure.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong belief in myself and the support of the people around me, especially my husband. As an entrepreneur, I believe it’s essential to have confidence in your vision, stay focused despite distractions, and surround yourself with people who encourage and support your growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay passionate and driven, but also remain flexible. The goals and direction you start with may evolve over time, and that’s okay. Don’t be afraid to pivot when necessary—both personally and professionally—and recognize when change is needed to continue growing and succeeding.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in our field right now is the ability to work and connect virtually, which allows us to reach and support more people than ever before. I also see AI as a powerful tool that can provide information, ideas, and guidance quickly. However, while AI can offer answers and possibilities, it cannot replace the value of human connection, mentorship, and lived experience. I believe the future lies in learning how to leverage AI while continuing to prioritize authentic, human-to-human support and guidance.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, giving 100% in everything I do, building strong community connections, and embracing adventure and new experiences.
