Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lori
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A building inspector told me many years ago, 'Lori, you do all the work, why don't you just get your own license?' That pushed me to get my license and start my own thing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't feel intimidated. Do really well at your job. Make sure you know what you're talking about, or ask questions. Lean on your trades, make it a teamwork effort. Ask their opinion, get them involved.
