About Lori

Lori Norman is Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Global Resilience, as well as Global Real Estate, at WEX, a financial technology company based in Portland, Maine. Over her eleven and a half years with the organization, she began as manager of disaster recovery and progressively took on greater responsibilities, ultimately building her path to an executive leadership position. In her current role, she directs global real estate and facilities operations, enterprise risk management, global resilience efforts including business continuity planning, disaster recovery assurance, and crisis management, third-party assurance, and physical security and safety. Prior to WEX, she served as an Atlanta police officer, where she commanded three specialized units. She graduated in 2009 from Georgia State University with a degree featuring a pre-law concentration and holds an associate's degree in criminal justice. She also completed certificates from MIT, including a crisis management course, and is a member of ASIS, the Business Continuity Institute, and RIMS.
