Lori Prymak

Lori Prymak serves as Senior Manager of Training, Execution and Enablement for Food and Beverage at Murphy USA, a role she recently began after retiring from McDonald's following 38 years where she was Director of Operations Development for the US business. Since 2000, she has accumulated 26 years of experience in leadership, operations and training, with expertise in building food-focused training programs. At Murphy USA, she works to expand the department and scale new food concepts across stores, including those under the QuickChek brand owned by Murphy. Prymak graduated from Monmouth University in New Jersey and has mentored senior students in the university's strategic management class for 16 years. Her career achievements include receiving McDonald's President's Award, the highest honor given to the top 1% of global employees and being named to Who's Who among businesswomen in America in 2007. She is also involved with the VFW through volunteering efforts.
