About Lori
Lori Santana has earned exemplary status in her annual reviews. She credits her professional achievements to a strong work ethic, commitment, loyalty, and perseverance, noting that she reads through challenges or seeks help when needed. Since 2006, she has benefited from the guidance of a mentor who remains in her life. Santana recommends that those new to her field get to know the role and colleagues, take notes, and always remain teachable and open to learning. Outside her primary work, she has served as a co-chair raising funds for a chapel since 2012 and has supported women's ministries assisting formerly incarcerated women.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I have a strong work ethic. I'm committed and very loyal. I do persevere. If I stumble onto some things that I can't figure out, I will read it through or reach out for somebody to help figure it out.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Get to know what you're getting into, learn the aspects of what it is and who you work with. Definitely take notes. Always remain teachable and open to learning.
