Her Story

About Lori

I am an author, yogi, yoga instructor, and integral symbologist. My work—my yoga—is devoted to helping recover the lost unified context behind humanity’s ancient symbols, mythologies, and prophecies, illuminating how the world’s fragmented religions arose from these original traditions.

I came to this work not through an academic path, but through dreams, visions, and a deep connection to the yoga and teachings of Sri Aurobindo, the Mother, and Patrizia Norelli-Bachelet. When the latter passed in 2016, I received what I can only describe as a profound “download” revealing the geometric and zodiacal keys underlying the Rig Veda and the many mythologies and symbols that emerged from it. This experience led me to publish Geometric Keys of Vedic Wisdom in 2018.

I began my spiritual studies—which has always occurred to me as a spiritual “treasure hunt”—when I was 19, between my first and second year at UVA. This shift in my focus was catalyzed by the shocking impact of my father’s suicide. When I was in my thirties, an Indian seer told me that one day I would solve an important problem for the world through my writing. I did not understand what that would entail until receiving the 2016 download regarding the Geometric Keys of Vedic Wisdom.

My book is essentially a record of the revelations I received in 2016, the year of Patrizia Norelli-Bachelet's passing. Since then, I have continued to explore, illustrate, and write on my "Geometric Keys of Wisdom" blog (circumsolatious.blogspot.com) about these geometric and symbolic keys, which I believe are essential to humanity’s evolutionary journey toward unity consciousness—helping to heal the divisions, wounds, and conflicts born of our fragmented consciousness.

In February 2026 I began publishing my articles and thoughts on my Substack website: 360lotus.substack.com

Ten minutes with Lori

01What do you attribute your success to?

I feel like I was pretty much born to participate in this work of recovering the forgotten sense and context of the Rig Veda and of all related religions and mythologies. I feel like it is a soul mission that has come to me through dreams, visions, direct experiences, and my guides/mentors. I don't think it was something I chose or have succeeded at in a conventional sense. I have simply followed a soul path that feels like it was laid out for me even before I was born and I've just been open to following that path, even not at all knowing where it would, or will continue to lead.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Follow your passion.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Hmm...the "industry" I suppose would be the work or helping humanity recover its higher consciousness and heal the wounds of our fragmented consciousness. My advice is that any one entering this work or yoga, in ernest has to let go of any set ideas or assumptions about what this entails and be open to a real journey of learning. One cannot be beholden to any old ideas, structures, or communities that are rooted in past ignorance and misunderstanding. One really has to be free to let the truth of one's soul and our collective soul to emerge in the course and journey of Time. One has to be continually open to what is true, rather than what one wants or believes to be true.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

For starters, my work is very much off the beaten path. In short, I would say that it is both a wonderful challenge and a wonderful journey to communicate what I have learned and what I continue to learn from my yogic lineage and my yogic journey in a way that makes sense to other people.

It is continually challenging to communicate my message in a concise and coherent way that inspires people to question and dismantle their own misunderstandings and ignorance regarding ancient symbols and prophecies, rather than double down on reflexive mental or emotional defenses. A lot of people are quite attached, to say the least, to what they think these symbols and prophecies mean.

Much of my work involves showing that the Ancient Vedic Seers intentionally used MANY words and symbols to describe humanity’s common evolutionary journey and common goal or realization of Unity Consciousness by whatever name—Divine Consciousness, Heaven on Earth, the Universal Brotherhood of Mankind, etc. These Seers knew that the veiled or occult meaning of their words would be misunderstood so long as their unified zodiacal context and sense were lost to humanity’s fragmented Consciousness.

Without access to the Keys of Vedic Gnosis—the key of knowing that the MANY Vedic symbols are all expressions of the ONE truth, context and goal of the zodiacal Vedic Journey or Year—humanity became entrapped by increasingly rigid narratives, ideas, ideologies, mythologies, dogmas, and religions surrounding the original MYSTERY and MISUNDERSTANDING of the Vedic symbols. As a result, our world's religions and their adherents have been long fighting over religious words, symbols, ideologies, and prophecies we have, en masse, long lost the true sense and context of.

My work of revealing the shared symbolic roots of different religions inevitably challenges rigid doctrines and long-established interpretations of ancient symbols and prophecies of the Divine victory. This can feel threatening to those deeply identified with each different religion. My aim is not to cause further fragmentation and animosity, but to reintroduce the forgotten original context from which our world's religions—and consequently all religious wars—were born, and by which we can heal from our wounds of division and cultivate our unity consciousness.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I would say the value of Seeking Truth. Meaning the willingness to learn what is TRUE, even if it conflict with what I or others thought was true. The interest in and capacity to be open to new information, and to what is TRUE, is very much a core principle of my life.
