My grandmother. My grandmother ran the produce department of a grocery store... she never complained, and she worked so hard... she had red lipstick on every single day, as I do now.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The words resilience. Grows through adversity... just to keep moving forward... just to persevere. And to not stop.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Keep up with your education. And keep up with the modern trends. Keep up with every AI thing... the psychology of showing another individual why this project is more important...

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The number of projects that are very much worthwhile... you just have to show why this project is so important... just keep moving on. If you get no's, no's, no's, just keep moving on.
