I attribute my success to persistence, continuous learning, and the relationships I’ve built over time. By showing up consistently, investing in people genuinely, and staying committed to growth, even later in my career, I’ve been able to earn trust, achieve meaningful results, and make a lasting impact in the insurance and technology space.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Embrace continuous learning and be a leader with adopting change. Growth happens when you take on challenging projects and roles which builds character adaptability and resilience. I ask myself this question often... By doing what I am doing now am I moving closer to or further from my major goals in life?
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be proactive in building genuine relationships, seek out mentors and sponsors, and always advocate for yourself. Remember, you have a seat at the table, you belong there, and your perspective is not just valuable, it’s essential.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity in insurance right now is navigating the rapid shift toward technology, especially AI. Embracing innovation thoughtfully allows organizations to stay competitive, while hesitation can be costly, and I focus on helping leaders bridge that gap with clarity and confidence.
