About Louine
Louine Lewis served as an inside sales hospitality team lead, ensuring her team had ready access to current information through physical and digital manuals as well as standard operating procedures. Over seven years she advanced through customer service, warranty, and account management roles before entering inside sales. Lewis specializes in relationship building and takes pride in connecting with customers and retailers across the United States to provide needed products and resolve issues. She completed three years of study at C. West in business, accounting, and computers after high school and briefly considered a nursing program prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lewis attributes her professional success to a commitment to learning, remaining open to new experiences, making a difference, connecting with others, and networking. She has mentored junior team members by sharing tips and creating resources so everyone can grow together. Her best career advice is to be true to oneself, learn all that is possible, and treat setbacks as lessons. Currently unemployed following the closure of her employer's facility, she seeks new opportunities for growth and remains open to various paths forward.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to learning, being open, making a difference, connecting with others, and networking. I love to learn and grow and share knowledge with others so we all can learn and grow.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to be true to yourself, learn all that you can, and do not let setbacks hold you back. There are lessons in all of it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to learn all that they can, network as much as they can, take the wins and the losses as lessons, and continue forward.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are being seen and heard and having someone believe in your abilities. The opportunities include growth in learning your products, customers, and field, networking with others to open more doors across the country, and becoming more valuable through connections and information.
