What's one piece of advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?
Louise M Hollins: Don't let anyone interfere with the pursuit of your dreams. Give yourself 100%. Of your time. To accomplish what you need to do. Pick something, pick a dream. That you know you can achieve. That you've been longing to achieve. And go for it. And don't quit until you've succeeded.

Before launching her work in beauty consulting, Louise spent many years supporting complex administrative operations at Drexel University, working across departments such as Facilities Management, Planning Design & Construction, Human Resources, and Safety & Health. Her early career includes over a decade in pharmacy settings, serving as a pharmacy technician and senior financial clerk at Penn Medicine and Rite Aid Pharmacies, where she gained deep expertise in pharmaceutical preparation, transcription, billing, and patient care. Across every role, Louise has been recognized for her professionalism, adaptability, and ability to streamline processes with precision and empathy.
Today, Louise continues to blend her administrative expertise with her passion for customer service and community connection. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my determination—always going after my dreams and goals—and my desire to help others along the way. Staying connected to the people and activities I love, like spending time with family and friends, playing bingo, and watching football, keeps me grounded and motivated.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never let anything stop me from achieving my goals and to always strive to be the best version of myself.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering my industry to be present, be heard, and strive to make a meaningful difference every single day.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is keeping up with constant changes while also stepping into the role of a strong mentor who networks, reaches out, and helps others grow.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me—both in my work and my personal life—are leading with purpose, staying open to learning, and embracing change as an opportunity for growth.
