Her Story

About Louise

I've been in healthcare for about 33 years. I started working nights and weekends while raising young children, then went full-time as they got older. I supervised at Tower Health Reading Hospital in pediatrics for 30 years until November 2025. Now I'm an office manager at an ABA therapy organization for autistic children, which I've been doing for about 6 months. I'm proud of helping so many families over the years and seeing the children grow, and now seeing how ABA therapy helps nonverbal children start expressing themselves.

If you're going to get into the medical field, just know that it really... Customer service is everything... bedside manner... it is important. Just know that you should be going into it to help people.
