About Lovey
Lovey Strain is a fitness and digital content creation professional with approximately two years of experience in the field. Her passion for fitness developed outside of formal education, leading her to create content around working out and sharing educational material online. She films her gym routines, goes live to provide courses and answer questions, and posts educational content as part of her daily work. Lovey is completing the ISSA Personal Training Course and is a senior in college studying criminal justice with a minor in forensic arts. She has no formal training in fitness from school but has conducted her own research and courses to build her expertise.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My grandmother always told me since I was a little girl that I could be the president if I want to be, so go out here and do whatever you want to. I've always thought big about myself and my confidence has always been that I can do whatever I want to, just go out here and make it happen. People have been pouring into me since I was a little girl.
