About Loyda

Loyda Maldonado has built a 26-year career in pharmaceuticals, starting from a receptionist role in Puerto Rico that led to sales positions. She progressed through sales representative and specialist roles in respiratory therapies before advancing to specialty areas covering HIV and oncology. Maldonado now serves as a field access manager, where she supports patients in accessing prescribed therapies. She is the U.S. original co-lead for the Impacto ERG at Takeda and received World President's Club One silver recognition. Maldonado began building her professional brand in Tampa, Florida.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
