Luci K. Prosapio

Luci Prosapio owns Sempre Collective, a firm that provides strategic advising and business development services. Her background is in international human rights law, but after moving to a point where she could no longer work directly in that field, she drew on her talent for events to launch the company full time under the name Sempre, which means always in Italian. She quickly realized clients sought her not just for event production but for broader problem-solving, brand development, relationship building, and fundraising. One notable achievement included raising $3.4 million for a military family nonprofit through connections and strategic efforts. Prosapio's work aligns with a lifelong purpose she articulated in her undergraduate application: removing barriers so others can achieve their full potential. She earned her undergraduate degree at Pepperdine University, studying intercultural communication, history, and Italian, and completed a master's in International Policy and Practice with a focus on international human rights law via a partnership between George Washington University and Oxford.
