Lucia Magadan serves in Human Resources at Diamond Environmental Services, where she has worked for one year. With a decade of experience in the field, she began her HR career as a filing clerk in a temporary position that led to a permanent role as an HR clerk. After recognizing her aptitude and interest in the work, she pursued and earned a Master's in Human Resources Management along with additional certifications. Her professional journey also includes a role at Stone Brewing for approximately two and a half years beginning around 2020, interspersed with military service that started in the Air Reserves in 2013 and continues in the Air National Guard.
