Luciana Struthers

I am a Finance student at the University of Notre Dame with a strong interest in venture capital and private equity. I currently serve as a General Partner and Norwest Project Team Leader at Notre Dame Venture Capital and as Chapter President of Girls into VC at Notre Dame, where I lead initiatives that support students pursuing careers in venture investing. My experience also includes roles as an Incoming Summer Fellow at Halogen Ventures, Incoming Private Equity Summer Analyst at Saw Mill Capital, and Finance Team Intern at Interactome Biotherapeutics, where I contribute to market analysis and quantitative research. Alongside my finance studies, I am pursuing minors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Global Health, and I participated in an accelerated Innovation & Design program at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
