01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be hard on yourself. Trust your instincts and definitely trust the process, because nothing's gonna happen overnight. Nothing's gonna fall in line the way you want it to, the way you expect it to, in the timeframe that you have allotted. But leave room for error, be consistent, and always, find the grace to appreciate yourself in what you're doing and trying to do at your job, in your career, in your academics, or in life as it is.
