Lucretia T. Doyle, MBA, is a dynamic and experienced senior program manager, community advocate, and musician with a strong passion for service and leadership. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, youth development, and case management, she has built a career dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

Currently, Lucretia serves as a Senior Program Manager and Client Advocate, where she oversees multiple programs with a focus on delivering impactful services and engaging stakeholders—from clients to community partners. Her background includes extensive work in youth development, where she has implemented initiatives that foster growth, resilience, and opportunity for young people.

In addition to her work in human services, Lucretia is an active community advocate and accomplished musician. Her diverse background allows her to combine strategic oversight with a people-centered approach, building trust and driving positive change in the communities she serves.
