Lucy Bickett

I am a purpose-driven entrepreneur and higher education leader with over a decade of experience in student affairs, admissions, dental informatics, and business development. I am currently the Founder, President, and CEO of Tuck 'n' Tillie, Inc., a purpose-driven consumer brand focused on meaningful connection and comfort-centered products, where I lead all aspects of business development, brand strategy, product development, operations, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Before launching Tuck 'n' Tillie, I spent four years as a Consultant, Program Manager, and Data Operations Manager at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where I directed Student Affairs project and process support, led the Dental Informatics team, managed program support for the Associate Dean of Dental Informatics and Digital Dental Health, led university auditing efforts for financial reporting systems, and provided guidance to the Assistant Dean for Finance during budget season. Prior to that, I served as Administrative Director of Admissions and Student Affairs at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis for seven years, where I managed domestic and international admissions operations, upgraded application systems across multiple programs, analyzed applicant diversity to ensure disadvantaged student representation, pioneered a digital job board supporting students and alumni, spearheaded event planning for ceremonies and commencement, and conducted implementation and training programs for multiple systems.

Earlier in my career, I served as Coordinator of IT Systems Support at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where I launched a paperless initiative, coordinated oral healthcare screenings in underserved communities, migrated a document sharing system to a SharePoint solution two weeks ahead of schedule, and managed IT implementation and training across over seven hundred users.

I hold a Master of Jurisprudence in Legal Studies and International Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Speech from the University of Louisville. I am also certified through the Institute of Supervisory Excellence.

Across my career in higher education, informatics, and entrepreneurship, my work has been driven by a commitment to creating systems that serve people well, building meaningful connections, and leading with purpose. Whether I am managing admissions for a dental school, leading digital transformation projects, or building a consumer brand rooted in comfort and connection, I bring strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a deep dedication to making a positive impact on the communities I serve.
