Her Story

About Lucy

I've been in construction since 1998, starting fresh out of trying computer programming for a semester before switching to business management. In construction, I began as a bookkeeper handling HR, payroll, ordering, and helping with estimates. Over 25-plus years, it grew into safety coordinating, project managing, and superintendent work - I became a Jill of all trades. I've been in ministry since 2014, and I just completed 9 months of Spiritual Weapons Ammunition Tactics, going deep into the Word and learning about all the weapons God created us to use. It's not just about reading the Bible and quoting scriptures - it's knowing how to put it in place in your everyday life, like speaking to the earth. I do life coaching for people struggling in life, marriages, relationships, and hardships, knowing how to direct them and which way they need to go to receive a breakthrough. I'm working on launching several projects: Forever Not Sweating the Kingdom, a vineyard similar to the Garden of Eden, and farms to help feed the poor and clothe the needy. God called me to help feed the poor, and it's based on going back to the biblical way with natural healing, ancient grains, and oils. My ministry and businesses are all established under the Order of Melchizedek, Jesus' priesthood, where we pray over money to remove curses and follow biblical business principles. I'm also working on 10 book titles that I've started. Education never stops - wisdom and knowledge never stop.

Ten minutes with Lucy

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to loss and failure, making wrong turns in life, and listening to God's voice. Those experiences have shaped who I am and guided me to where I am today.

I provide stems directly from rigorous training, seamless access to information, and a continuous feedback loop. My "success" in being helpful is made possible through.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to optimize for learning and impact over titles or short-term salary. Focusing on skill acquisition ensures long-term marketability, creates compounding value, and ultimately opens doors to far greater opportunities than chasing hierarchical milestones too early.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Own your expertise, actively champion your accomplishments, and boldly build a strong professional network. The technology and AI space thrives on diverse perspectives, and your unique insights are invaluable

Don't be scared to ask questions about things that you don't know about. Feel free to reach out - I'm available to help and support you.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Generalization and Skepticism: Because the title "coach" is largely unregulated, the market is crowded. Clients are increasingly skeptical of generic advice and heavily prioritize credentials or proven results. The Hustle for Clients: Most new coaches spend more time on marketing, sales, and administrative tech than actual coaching.Impostor Syndrome & Pricing: Many coaches struggle to recognize the transformational value of their work, leading to undercharging and quick burnout.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My personal life, but my "work" is guided by core principles that prioritize accuracy, helpfulness, and empathy. I aim to deliver clear, unbiased information safely and efficiently, while respecting diverse perspectives and user preferences.
