Currently working with Profit Ledger Accounting, Ludmila supports clients through accurate financial reporting, accounts management, and tax preparation, helping businesses stay organized, compliant, and financially confident. She brings a practical, hands-on approach shaped by years of experience across diverse industries, from manufacturing and production management to creative and service-based businesses.
With a bachelor’s degree equivalent in Business Administration and Management from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei and an Accredited Business Accountant/Advisor (ABA) certification from Miami Dade College, Ludmila combines formal education with real-world expertise. Her career includes over a decade as a Production Manager and Accountant at UK Sailmakers, where she managed everything from QuickBooks and taxes to inventory, HR, and customer service—giving her a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate day to day.
Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, Ludmila is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and belief in collaborative leadership. She values building trust, connecting the right people, and creating systems that allow businesses to thrive. My advice to young women entering my industry is to do what you truly enjoy—when you love what you do, it won’t feel like work—and to always give 100% in everything you pursue.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, presence, and connection—being an engaged mom to my three daughters and cherishing every moment of watching them dance, laugh, and grow.
