Her career includes over a decade as a Production Manager and Accountant at UK Sailmakers, where she managed everything from QuickBooks and taxes to inventory, HR, and customer service—giving her a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate day to day.

Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, Ludmila is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and belief in collaborative leadership. My advice to young women entering my industry is to do what you truly enjoy—when you love what you do, it won’t feel like work—and to always give 100% in everything you pursue.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, presence, and connection—being an engaged mom to my three daughters and cherishing every moment of watching them dance, laugh, and grow.
