Her Interview
Ten minutes with Luisa
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my dad who has been there through the toughest times, God, my mom in spirit, and my brother who was very supportive. I am very thankful to them especially after losing my mom.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Definitely stay focused, be persistent, ask questions, get along with people who will help you get where you want to be, and do not give up. It's a difficult industry with layoffs but if people see your good intentions and that you're good at your job they will help you.
