Luisa Salcedo
Luisa Salcedo is a bilingual, neurodivergent Institutional Architect and operations consultant who specializes in transforming businesses so they can thrive without depending on their founder. Drawing on a career that spans consumer packaged goods, logistics, wellness, and tech startups, Luisa helps business owners identify operational bottlenecks, implement robust systems, and build scalable processes. Her proprietary ACT framework—Assessment, Coaching, and Transformation—guides organizations through audits, diagnoses of core inefficiencies, and actionable implementation plans that deliver measurable results.
Beginning her professional journey as a high school English teacher, Luisa honed her skills in communication, teaching, and motivating others—skills she now leverages to educate leadership teams and embed operational excellence across organizations. Inspired by her father’s work in operations, she transitioned into logistics and business operations, ultimately managing the distribution of $3 billion in inventory and shipping $50 million in cargo in a single week. Over the years, she has supported more than 50 founders, helping them reclaim time, increase margins, and build repeatable systems that ensure growth and sustainability.
Luisa’s philosophy centers on persistence, curiosity, and designing solutions that thrive under constraints. Whether restructuring a company of 97 employees in two weeks or designing SOPs that survive acquisitions, she approaches each project with precision and creativity. She believes that the true value of a business lies not in the founder’s constant presence, but in its ability to operate reliably and independently. Committed to helping entrepreneurs overcome their biggest liability—themselves—Luisa continues to bulletproof businesses across industries while sharing operational insights through her consulting and newsletter to empower the next generation of leaders.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence and resilience. I acknowledge frustration, take necessary breaks to recharge, and maintain a steadfast commitment to my purpose, always moving forward toward my goals.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it’s not a matter of if, but when. I already have what I need to succeed — I just need to keep going, stay persistent, and look for opportunities to win.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering my industry to embrace mentorship and pay it forward whenever possible. Cultivate curiosity, find joy in both the execution and the vision of your work, and view obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow. Perseverance and a love for the process are just as important as ambition.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that business owners often have a strong vision but struggle with execution and delegation. This gap presents a major opportunity for operations professionals like me to create systems, remove bottlenecks, and enable sustainable growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both work and life are persistence, curiosity, and joy. I strive to approach everything I do with purpose, whether it’s a professional project or personal passions like reading, painting, hiking, or dancing.
