About Lydia

I work with concept teams for major brands, collaborating hand-in-hand with their design and concept teams to bring their vision to life for stores, restaurants, and hotels. My typical day involves working with concept teams for major brands, following through on all of their projects and projections. I travel a lot for this work. I started my career in the South Florida market, calling on architectural and design firms, which was my background as a commercial designer. I loved everything about it, so now I just work with my peers. Two years ago, I was put on the national accounts team to procure our national account footprint, though I'm still doing some South Florida work as well. Right now, I'm actually doing both jobs. My most notable professional achievement so far has been landing a very large, important account for the company. Before my current role, I spent almost 30 years as a commercial designer, working for firms that flew under the radar and never entered our design work in hospitality design awards. Despite that, I was recognized as the highest revenue producer two years ago at my company, which is over a $100 million company with 40 other people. When I got the award, I was stunned.
