About Lyn
Lyn Adanich is the Affiliate Liaison for the Cleveland Eye Clinic and the Franchise Owner of Dream Vacations, based in Parma, Ohio. In her liaison role, she connects ophthalmologists and optometrists with the clinic's team of over 30 doctors to facilitate timely care for conditions such as cataracts and glaucoma. As a travel advisor, she helps clients secure affordable vacations, drawing on her experience of more than 40 cruises. Adanich earned her master's degree in applied communication theory and methodology from Cleveland State University and previously spent 20 years as a pharmaceutical sales representative. She and her husband once owned three optical stores, where she worked as a licensed optician. She is an active member of the Senior Veterans Association of Parma and was honored as Mrs. Ohio 2012, receiving the Mrs. Congeniality award. Adanich credits her professional achievements to integrity, passion, and a commitment to never give up.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think integrity, you have to have integrity when you do your job. And you have to have passion. And I think if you have those two, you can't go wrong. And you're gonna do it with the passion that you love to do it with. It's not all about making the most money... You have all this money, and you don't want to spend it, or you're worried about losing it. That's not the life to live. You gotta take that opportunity and go for it.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've ever received throughout my career is, just never, never, never give up... Because it's easy to say it's too much work. I can't do this. But yes, you can.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think integrity, you have to have integrity when you do your job. And you have to have passion. And I think if you have those two, you can't go wrong.
