About Lyndsey
I have a business degree from Ohio State University and a master's in healthcare administration. My background is in healthcare administration but switched to payments fintech after COVID when I needed more remote work. I started as a consultant and became a full-time employee. I was integral in overseeing a separation effort from a large corporation to an independent PE-backed organization, handling all project management and organization.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Especially as women, it's important to ensure that our voices are heard. Taking any opportunity you can and never being afraid to say what you feel is important. Speak up for yourself, or for your client, or for your team, and ensure that your voice is heard.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
My company specifically is in the gaming industry, and one of the biggest challenges is just the fast pace. Gaming is an ever-changing, constantly evolving field, so adapting to that and adjusting to not just new technologies but new patron behaviors can be a challenge, and anticipating that as well.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and transparency are definitely the most important, especially professionally and with the people around us. Ensuring that we're working in a way that centers transparency and integrity. Additionally, customer service even with internal customers, treating other departments with respect, prioritizing requests appropriately to build strong relationships and ensure the success of any organization.
