Brings progressive leadership experience across renowned hospitality and restaurant brands, including executive and senior pastry leadership roles at MGM National Harbor, Zuma Restaurants, and Wolfgang Puck. Demonstrated expertise in artisanal baking, plated desserts, menu development, team leadership, production management, and delivering elevated guest dining experiences.
