Her Story

About Lyndsie

Lyndsie Pizzarelli is a partnership marketing and affiliate commerce professional with more than a decade of experience helping brands grow through creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven digital strategies. Lyndsie discovered her passion for marketing and business, leading her to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University with a focus on marketing, international business, and economics. During her time at the university, she served on the Student Leadership Panel, completed two marketing internships, and was featured on Atlanta's 11Alive News through her work with the Technology Association of Georgia, experiences that strengthened her passion for leadership, networking, and strategic communication. Throughout her career, Lyndsie has built expertise across retail, hospitality, real estate, and marketing agency industries. She gained experience in marketing operations and new business development before joining The Home Depot, where she played a key role in developing and expanding the company's affiliate and creator marketing ecosystem to a multi-billion dollar program. She helped launch a creator portal that brought more than 10,000 creators into the program upon launch, managed 3000+ affiliate partnerships, and collaborated with leading influencer platforms to drive scalable growth. Today, as Partnerships Marketing Manager at Goosehead Insurance, she leads a team responsible for revenue operations, campaign performance, and partnership strategy, ensuring marketing initiatives remain profitable while fostering long-term relationships with creators and business partners. Known for combining analytical thinking with a relationship-first approach to marketing, Lyndsie enjoys understanding consumer behavior, developing messaging that resonates with audiences, and creating measurable strategies that deliver business results. She credits her success to persistence, mentorship, and consistently seeking opportunities to learn and grow. Guided by values of transparency, clear communication, and well-defined goals, she believes meaningful relationships and a willingness to embrace new challenges have been the foundation of her professional journey.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Lyndsie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my drive, persistence, and determination to never give up on my goals. I believe that staying committed through challenges has led me to the right mentors, meaningful relationships, and opportunities that have helped shape my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to slow down and take smaller, intentional steps instead of trying to grow too quickly. It taught me that sustainable success comes from being thoughtful and focused, rather than rushing to take on everything at once.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to listen before speaking, take the time to fully understand a situation before offering solutions, and provide clear direction to your team. Most importantly, trust your own judgment and have confidence in your ideas, even if others don't immediately recognize their value. Early in my career, I was quick to voice my opinions, but I've learned that thoughtful listening, clarity, and self-confidence are the qualities that make the greatest leaders.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Affiliate marketing is evolving rapidly, creating tremendous opportunities for growth and innovation. One of the biggest challenges I face is building and negotiating partnerships without the brand recognition I once had while working with a major corporation. Success in this field requires staying ahead of industry changes, adapting quickly, and continuously finding new ways to scale high-performing affiliate and creator programs.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most are transparency, clear communication, and having well-defined goals. I believe success starts with setting clear objectives and creating a strategic plan to achieve them, whether I'm working toward a personal milestone or a major business goal.
