Lyndy Weyker

Lyndy Weyker is a Senior Account Manager at Booking.com, where she drives revenue growth, global market transformation, and enterprise client partnerships. With more than a decade of experience spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies, she has shaped strategies and scaled impact at leading organizations including Airbnb, Amazon, Priceline, Expedia, Agoda, and ResortPass. Her career journey has been shaped by a series of strategic transitions during the pandemic. After experiencing major restructuring at Airbnb, Lyndy moved to Amazon and later returned to Hawaii — a shift she describes as a blessing in disguise that expanded her vision of what her career could look like while allowing her to be present for her family.
Known for her expertise in commercial strategy, SaaS, and go-to-market execution, Lyndy excels in blending data-driven analysis with relationship-focused leadership. She is highly skilled in partner commercialization, market development, and client engagement, consistently delivering measurable results through innovative solutions and collaborative execution.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Lyndy is a board member with HSMAI Hawaii and an active member of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii Young Professionals. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the opportunity I had to work with my first travel tech company, Funjet, which really kicked off my career journey. Being promoted into a senior role at Booking.com in January 2025 was a milestone, as it’s my first title that fully showcases my experience. I’m currently working with more VPs, and this role aligns perfectly with my passion for relationship management, data analysis, and hotel and property management.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stay focused, have grit, and keep it simple. This guidance has been invaluable in navigating complex projects and maintaining clarity in fast-paced environments.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, I would say: find your passion, be proactive, and seek opportunities that align with your skills. Stay open-minded and embrace learning at every stage.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Some of the challenges I face in the industry include rebuilding the business post-COVID, addressing staffing needs in the region, implementing new strategies, boosting tourism, and navigating this “new normal” within the evolving economy.

Personally and professionally, I value authenticity, curiosity, and excellence. These values guide how I approach my work, interact with colleagues, and pursue growth opportunities in the travel and hospitality sector.
