She holds multiple professional certifications, including Montana Insurance Producer License, Certified Insurance Counsel (CIC), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), as well as a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and International Business from Regis University.

Lynette is actively involved in professional organizations, serving on the national board for Women in Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE) and as a member of AEC Power Women of Nashville. I attribute my success to my genuine passion for what I do, the impact I can make supporting women in construction, and my commitment to open-minded problem solving, practical solutions, continuous learning, and guidance from mentors who challenge me to grow.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering construction is to seek out opportunities, build strong networks, find mentors who challenge and support you, stay open-minded, and focus on continuous growth and learning.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Interacting and learning to work with the next generation of people that will take over the work when we retire. Construction like many other industries are struggling with the generation gap between the young professionals and the baby boomer's generation.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in work and life are family, personal growth, and a love for the outdoors through activities like hiking, skiing, and walking.
