Ten minutes with Lynette

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

She has to be passionate about what she does, she has to educate herself. When I say educate yourself means we had to learn CDC treatment guidelines. She has to be a people person. And she has to be on her grind. In order to understand this type of industry, that no work is left undone until you have spoke with that person, educated that person about everything you know.
