In addition to her media production work, Lynn promotes live concerts specializing in classic R&B through DreamBIG Productions’ entertainment division. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the joy and balance I find in my personal life—spending quality time with my granddaughter, enjoying the shared experiences of grandparenting with my husband, caring for our beloved cat, and cherishing moments with family and friends. These connections keep me grounded and energized, which I believe directly contributes to my professional fulfillment and achievements.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to always bet on yourself. Stay committed, persevere through challenges, and keep seeking opportunities. Remember, every 'no' is simply a 'not right now,' so never give up on your goals.
