About Lynn
Lynn Le has built a career in healthcare rooted in compassion, service, and a genuine interest in helping others. Her journey began at age 16 when she worked as a chiropractic assistant, an experience that sparked her long-standing interest in the medical field. She pursued further education at Montgomery College and medical assisting training through Kaplan, and later completed nursing assistant training at Morning Star Academy. She has earned certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide, reflecting her continued commitment to professional growth and quality patient care.
Today, Lynn serves as a Home Health Aide at The Bernard Health Institute, providing in-home support to seniors and individuals living with disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and neurological conditions. Her responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, meal preparation, mobility, toileting, laundry, and other activities of daily living, while also offering companionship, encouragement, and reminders that help clients maintain their routines and independence. Her previous caregiving experience has also included supporting individuals with developmental and neurological challenges, where she focused on helping them communicate, enjoy their days, and experience moments of laughter and connection.
Beyond healthcare, Lynn demonstrates a strong commitment to leadership and community involvement. During her years at Montgomery College, she served as President of the Volleyball Club for four years, and she currently serves as Vice President of the Towns at Oak Hill Homeowners Association. She also continues to pursue learning opportunities and maintains interests in activities such as volleyball, table tennis, and chess. Across her professional and community roles, Lynn’s path reflects a willingness to embrace new challenges and a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people she serves.
