What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to finding the courage to start my own consulting business as a certified life mastery coach, known as The Identity Coach, so I can be the person for others that I wish I’d had when I was hitting my own walls. In this work, I gently walk beside people as they blast through their brick walls, step back from the cliff’s edge, and regain a deep sense of self, helping them reclaim a path filled with greater clarity, success, and genuine peace instead of constant stress.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to trust your instincts; stepping out of your comfort zone is often the key to achieving meaningful success. So, when someone tells me my ideas won't work, I say, "Watch me make it happen!"
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your ability to be the change that others need. Your courage and initiative can inspire and make a real difference.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is starting and growing my own business. Building a practice from the ground up allows me to create meaningful impact while developing new skills and expanding my reach. I've learned that if it feels difficult, if it takes time, if you're making a difference, keep going forward. You're on the right track.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
What matters most to me, in both my work and my personal life, is living and leading in a way that honors who people truly are, not who they think they should be, and not just what they do. It's a hard lesson I had to learn in my own journey. At the heart of that is a deep commitment to authenticity, compassion, and helping others reclaim a sense of self so they can live with less stress and more purpose because who you are matters.
