She is a procurement, purchasing, and administrative operations professional with experience in full-cycle procurement, vendor sourcing, purchase orders, supplier negotiation, order tracking, invoice reconciliation, travel coordination, onboarding, and executive support. She currently works as a Purchaser at Fugro, managing procurement activities, vendor communication, cost-saving strategies, and AP support. Previously, she held administrative, executive support, office operations, service order, and field coordination roles with Fugro, Sophia Labs USA, Volant Products, Satake USA, and Stronghold.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My grandparents paid for my education and molded me to be the person that I am. They were wonderful and shaped who I am today.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Make your own money so you can walk away from situations you don't want to be a part of.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make your own money so you can walk away from situations you don't want to be a part of. Get an education because it can take you farther. Don't go into every situation thinking you're a victim or you will come out the victim.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Growth within the company is limited since I'm head of my position. Moving to corporate level would allow growth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, honesty, integrity, and God. Giving back to those less fortunate and providing opportunity for disabled people.
