01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to embracing new challenges, continuously learning, and stepping outside my comfort zone. I’ve learned that failure is part of the process and an opportunity to grow, improve, and try again.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay authentic and be yourself. Take the time to build trust, tell compelling stories, and focus on being a genuine solution provider rather than trying to imitate others.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to embrace change, stay open to pivoting, and be confident in recognizing your accomplishments. Celebrate every win, big or small, and remember that every experience offers valuable opportunities to learn and grow.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field are gaining access to advocacy, sponsorship, and mentorship while breaking free from being overlooked or placed in a box.
