Her Interview

Ten minutes with Mabel

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being hungry and persistent. You need to be hungry to get the success. You need to structure and get the definition of your goals. You work every day on it. I have so many no's everywhere on my office wall, but I keep going on the path.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't give up. You have to follow what you have in your mind, you have to be perseverance to achieve. Finding your life, you need to be a hunter to try to identify what is the best for you. It is most important to get knowledge all the time. We are in a very competitive world. You have to focus on the most important things.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Study, prepare. Don't minimize the people or your audience or your customers. If you want to be in front of any people, you have to prepare in many different aspects: knowledge, strategy, even in sales as well.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

People are thinking to be great or to move the operation to AI to get the success they want, but it's not like this. When you have a process, an operation with problems, you have to prepare the operation first before to move into AI. I increase that progress or show those problems easily or immediately.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Responsibility, honesty, and respect.
