Macayla Milton is a dynamic and passionate leader in the healthcare communications industry, currently serving as an Account Supervisor at Synapse. With a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and client services, she plays a key role in representing pharmaceutical partners and ensuring the success of multi-channel initiatives. Prior to her current role, she held multiple positions at Evolution Health Group, including Project Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she contributed to the success of high-impact healthcare programs and client engagement strategies.
Macayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from Eastern Connecticut State University, where she distinguished herself as President of the Society for Human Resource Management Club and captain of its case competition team. Known for building camaraderie across teams, embracing new challenges, and uplifting those around her, Macayla’s leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. 01What do you attribute your success to?
The determination and fire to succeed within me. When others may have had doubt in me—it pushed me to prove that I can achieve anything I set my mind to.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be a sponge by learning from your peers and absorbing all what new opportunities have to offer.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop believing in yourself. The moment you receive rejection, remember it is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and brainstorm a new route to explore in order achieve optimal success. Life is all about pivoting in times of rejection.
