My advice to young women entering this industry is to have a true passion for what you do—every day brings new challenges, and if you enjoy helping clients and problem-solving, this field can be incredibly rewarding.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are gaining respect for the work that I do and can do, and being utilized to the fullest extent to bring success to customers. The opportunities in my field currently lie in the growth driven by ever-changing technological needs and advancements that companies are seeking to utilize.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work life are to continue growing in my career. I need to continue to learn more, gain knowledge, and expand on my growth in the career space that I am passionate about. The values most important to me in my personal life are family. Family has been and will always be there, and keeping them close and knowing the importance they bring to me and my life is a top priority.
